Seriously, a Realtor referred us to Mr. Rosa and his staff of one (Claire, who is just as awesome as Dante is). And from our first phone conversation I knew my wife an I were in good hands for the transaction that, even if it goes normally, can be a stressful experience.
But there was no stress with DRHL. He's super communicative, letting you know where you are in the process at all times.
And he even -- and our Realtor really appreciated this -- picks up his phone on weekends, when people are writing offers. Do you think the phone jockeys at Missile Mortgage do that? I doubt it.
